White Oak Conservation

White Oak Conservation Summer Camp offers an array of programs that are sure to excite every child! White Oak summer camp provides experiential learning opportunities that immerse campers in all that White Oak has to offer. Your camper will not only gain intimate knowledge of threatened species from our expert staff of zoologists, veterinarians, and researchers, but will have the opportunity to interact with them in a way that brings meaning to conservation. With 17,000 acres of diverse habitats, White Oak is positioned to provide campers not only with interactive wildlife experiences, but to delve into the ecological concepts that range from diverse wetlands to majestic longleaf pine forests. Exploration of native species conservation connects the abstractness of our species to the concrete native species that call your neighborhoods home, and cements the idea that conservation is for everyone. Campers attain an appreciation for the natural world both through the connection to wildlife and through traditional, fun camp experiences such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, campfires, and boat tours. Your camper will have a jam-packed week of animals, nature, and activities that will leave them with indelible memories, new friends, and practical conservation concepts. Come join us for camp!
