Oscar Scherer State Park

Oscar Scherer State Park is a 1400 acre park featuring Florida’s rare, scrubby flatwoods and the endangered Florida Scrub Jay. We offer year-round youth programming for both individuals and groups. We lead hikes and Junior Ranger programs, tram tours and field trips. Come hike our trails or hop in a canoe or kayak and explore the brackish waters of South Creek. With a strong emphasis on interpreting and preserving our natural resources, we do our best to accommodate any request for an educational opportunity. Explore the real Florida with us today!
