Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast is a non-profit land conservancy that saves land for people and nature from Manatee to Collier counties along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Bay Preserve at Osprey, where our headquarters are located, is a privately-owned 4-acre parcel on Little Sarasota Bay that is open to the public from sunrise to sunset. Boasting two docks, an observation platform, a bocce ball court, and plenty of space to run around or relax by the bay, Bay Preserve is a simple park that many consider to be a hidden gem.
Family programs are open to the public every other month during the year, and special events can be found on Conservation Foundation’s website. Kayaks can be launched from the southern floating dock or from either beach area.
