About EYCC

EYCC is a sleep away summer camp that is owned and operated by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s Florida Youth Conservation Centers Network (FYCCN). Our mission is to foster awareness, appreciation, and concern for Florida’s wildlife and environment through outdoor recreation and conservation education. We offer a wide variety of programs for youth who have completed 3rd - 8th grade within the current academic school year (Fall 2024 - Spring 2025)

Orientation

EYCC will be hosting an in-person Orientation on January 25th, 2025. This orientation will begin promptly at 1:00 pm and will run for about two hours. This orientation will include a tour of the facility and a question-and-answer session. Please be sure to review the EYCC Summer Camp Information packet before attending the orientation. This packet will be able to answer most of your questions relating to camp life, camp schedule, program details, camp rules, and registration. This orientation will include walking on paved and unpaved walkways, be sure to bring:

• Sun protection i.e., hats, glasses, sunscreen, etc.
• A filled water bottle.
• Comfortable clothing.
