Ravine Gardens State Park

Ravine Gardens State Park is one of the nine New Deal-era state parks in Florida. Aptly named for the two ravines up to 120 feet deep with banks at 45 degree angles, the ravines were transformed into a dramatic garden by the federal Works Progress Administration in 1933. Visitors can enjoy the views of the remaining original landscape along a unique system of trails in addition to other amenities including picnic sites, and the Civic Center complex with a large pavilion, auditorium, and meeting rooms available to rent.

Everglades Holiday Park

This 39-acre park, long nicknamed the "Gateway to the Everglades," is located at the western end of Griffin Road, off U.S. 27 in Water Conservation Area 3. The park offers airboat rides, boat ramps, fishing, wildlife viewing, food concessions, boat rentals, alligator shows, animal encounters, and guided Naturalist Tours. Patrons may also view the beautiful scenery of the Everglades, River of Grass, by hiking around the lake and on the levee adjacent to the park.

Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park

Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park is part of a 16,000 acre Preserve on the West Central side of Pasco County Florida. The park provides a day use area with picnic areas, shelters, pavilions, restrooms, large playground area and access to an extensive trail system. The trail system provides nature hiking, off road biking, equestrian trails and a paved multipurpose trail. The park also offers camping facilities which include 16 primitive tent camping sites arranged in a loop, 3 remote back country camping sites, a group camping area and 8 primitive cabins arranged in a loop.

Anne Kolb Nature Center

When the Anne Kolb Nature Center opened on February 10, 1996, it was the culmination of a lengthy process that involved many years of planning and development. Today, the nature center complex is a 1,500-acre coastal mangrove wetland that's home to a wide variety of plants and animals, including some threatened and endangered species. Fossil-fuel boats are not permitted in the open waters and on the paddling trails of West Lake. Trail maps are available at the visitor center. The nature center is part of the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail.

Windley Key Fossil Reef Geological State Park

Windley Key Fossil Reef Geological State park is located in Islamorada Florida. Our mission is to provide resource-based recreation while preserving, interpreting and restoring natural and cultural resources. Windley Key is open to the public Thursday- Monday and features nature trails and an educational center. Guided tours are offered from December to April on Friday, Saturday and Sundays at 10 am and 2 pm. Volunteer opportunities and other educational programs are offered throughout the year.

The First Tee of The Palm Beaches offers a golf program at 24 golf courses in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. The program is expanding and offering angler instruction to the young people it works with.

Constitution Park

Located in Deer Creek, offers over eight acres of beautifully landscaped rails and amenities. Constitution Park is home to our Arboretum (Tree Zoo) with over 325 exotic trees displayed along a one-half mile path, the "Zeke" Landis Nursery, and rain forest.

This 15 acre park offers a full-service recreation center, full-size gym, picnic areas and a playground. The location also includes a multi-purpose building that houses a press box, concession stand and restrooms, a football/soccer field, lighted outdoors basketball courts, and 2 baseball fields & a multi-purpose field.

Nathan Benderson Park

Located in Sarasota, FL, Nathan Benderson Park (NBP) is a unique 600-acre community park that includes North America's premier 2,000-meter sprint rowing course and a regatta center. One of a handful of sites in the United Stated identified as having all of the natural attributes that make up a world-class rowing and recreational facility, Nathan Benderson Park began hosting organized regatta competitions in 2009.

Crane Point Museum & Nature Center

Crane Point / Florida Keys Land and Sea Trust, Inc. The Trust is a 501(c)3 Non Profit whose Mission is to Promote Environmental Stewardship and the Heritage of the Florida Keys. Crane Point is a 64 Acre ecological and cultural Treasure in the heart of the Florida Keys with many nature trails that leads You to the Gulf of Mexico. The trails offer a view of the Keys in the Days of the Indian and Bahamian Settlers and preserves one of the last thatch palm hammocks containing rare and endangered species.
