Tallahassee Ducks Unlimited Annual Greenwing FIELD DAY

Join Green Wing Ducks Unlimited on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Ayavalla Airfield off Gardner Road in Tallahassee. $20 entry fee includes shooting, archery, wildlife demonstrations, hunter safety, ATV rides and safety, wood duck nesting box construction, law enforcement demos and exhibits, hunting dog demonstrations, hayrides, raffles, prizes, and a grilled lunch. It also includes an annual Greenwing membership and a gift. One lucky Greenwing will win the Grand Prize, a Lifetime Hunting and Fishing License.

Kids FREE Fishing Derby On the Osceola National Forest-at Warmouth Pond US: Open to kids 15 and under must register by March 1, 2016. Bring poles, snacks, chairs, boots and wear comfortable clothes. Fishing Clinic station on site to assist young anglers. Limited number of fishing poles available must reserve. Children must be accompanied by a parent. Prizes will be given in multiple categories. ZOMBIES - DO NOT VENTURE BEYOND THIS POINT

Come join us for a nightime zombie post-apocalyptic 3D tournament. There will be stationary and roaming zombie 3D targets, a zombie apocalypse survior costume contest, and a chili cook off. There will be equipment available for rent for anyone who needs it. Bring your own light. There will be prizes for the top archers, for the most convincing apocalypse survivor and for the chili cook off. Show up early to enter and/or judge our chili cook off. Hunting Heritage Banquet

The NWTF; Wakulla Longspurs Chapter is holding their annual banquet on August 9, 2014 at the Wildwood Country Club. Doors open at 5:01 and dinner starts at 6:30. Choices for dinner are grouper and shrimp or steak. Pre-sale tickets are $55 for single (includes dinner and annual membership in NWTF) and $100 for couples (includes 2 dinners and 2 annual memberships in NWTF) Tickets can be purchased at the door for $10 more. It is a great event to get framed prints or bronzes. They also auction off youth hunts.
